2-Level Inverter

For 2-level inverters, EBV Elektronik offers the reference platform FalconEye as a quickly implemented solution. This reference platform is available in two variants – either with the 16-bit microcontroller 56F8013 from Freescale (an MCU with integrated DSP functionality) or with an FPGA Cyclone IV from Altera as the central control element. FalconEye includes all electronics for the control of the inverter or a brushless motor. The developer can use FalconEye within their development process, and if necessary, obtain the design documents to include the reference board directly in their design. Schematic and software demonstration projects are already included with the reference board. FalconEye can take over as the full reference board if necessary. 

3-Level Inverter

For 3-level inverters, EBV Elektronik offers the reference platform FalconEye as a quickly implemented solution

This reference platform is available with an FPGA Cyclone IV from Altera as the central control element type.FalconEye includes all electronics for the control of the inverter. The developer can use FalconEye within their development process, and if necessary, obtain the design documents to include the reference board directly in their design. Schematic and software demonstration projects are already included with the reference board. FalconEye can take over as the full reference board if necessary.

Booster/Chopper

With the implementation of booster or chopper circuits, EBV Elektronik also has all the right components in the range, from the microcontroller to the power semiconductors. Voltages can be efficiently transformed without unnecessarily converting energy into heat.

For the realisation of bridge circuits within the framework of power inverters, EBV Elektronik has a wide range of power semiconductors, driver circuits, dedicated trigger ICs and microcontrollers.
